We specialise in helping providers identify and address service quality issues. We offer solutions that simplify the completion of routine returns and provide statistical information that meets or exceeds the requirements of the administering authority and developing spreadsheet tools and databases to analyse performance and financial information for both commissioners and providers. In addition, we provide training in advanced spreadsheet techniques that effectively relate to the duties carried out by the trainees.

We actively work with commissioners and providers to ensure that they not only meet their contractual requirements but, where possible, demonstrably exceed them.
