We actively encourage providers to consider achieving and proving positive outcomes as part of their longer term business development and sustainability plans, far beyond the CLG and local models.

Are you already doing this?

There is no pre-determined business or financial incentive under the current funding structure to achive or prove outcomes, I believe this is particularly relevent in preparation of Individual Budgets and ensuring the viability of SP Provider businesses in the future as a whole.

I am keen to hear your views on this.
