Default What next?

Hopefully you have now acquired a minimum B on the QAF and had the training that is required to achieve this. But what next?

There are on-going changes in SP, Local Area Agreements, Individual Budgets and by 2009 Local Housing Allowances will affect all Housing Providers too, many organisatiions struggle to keep up with the training necessary to continue to develop and enhance skills and knowledge and stay "ahead of the game" not only in terms of local and strategic changes but also to further develop the skills and awareness of staff who deliver SP services, to raise the bar in future delivery of SP services, as it were.

I would be interested to hear the different ways you keep in touch with change and to hear about your initiatives to ensure you, and those that work with you, are suitably trained and informed.
