Personalisation briefing for home care providers

The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has published a new briefing for home care providers on the implications and opportunities offered by the personalisation agenda. The briefing, which has been produced in association with UKHCA, provides an introduction to the issue including new business opportunities and examples of how some providers are planning for the future.
