Post Pandemic Flu Planning - FREE CARE & SUPPORT PROVIDER TOOLKIT

Hi Everyone

There will be pressure from Commissioners for Providers to produce updated continuity plans in light of Swine Flu Pandemic - this will happen pretty quickly because Commissioners themselves are under pressure from Government to ensure these plans are in place and effectively collated, tested & monitored. There is a small window to plan, and that time is NOW!

Your plans will need to take into account between 25% - 50% decrease in workforce and serious disruption to services is predicted.

In response to demand, we have developed a Provider Toolkit to make the whole process easier for providers to respond to this challenge. We know that not all managers and staff will have experience of BCP and the toolkit aims to guide you through the process step be step and give you the tools to get the job done!

The Toolkit is FREE and available for download now from www.slk-consultancy.org.uk
